State of Accountability conference

PAC presented a paper titled ‘Reinventing Accountability: Sub-altern Citizen’s-Voice, Impaired Governance and Development Paradigm’ which focused on the use of the PAC-pioneered Citizen Report Cards (CRC) as a tool for accountability and discussed its extensive use in our BMGF-Funded SBM project in Tamil Nadu and Odisha at the State of Accountability conference organised by the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS)
