Kumar V is a Field Research Officer for the Belagavi division at PAC. His line of work involves Gender and Discrimination. 

Kumar has a Masters in Women’s Studies. A practical thinker, Kumar coordinates and conducts field and social surveys. He also monitors the progress of projects. As an extension, he identifies appropriate DLPOs, ensures that the activities carried out are of top-notch quality, facilitates training and orientations, collects and consolidates survey data and helps keep the database up-to-date. 

His love for visiting places with historical importance adds merit to his designation as an FRO. When he isn’t working for good governance, Kumar can be found playing cricket, chess or watching TV to unwind!
