This has helped enhance research quality. The Research Quality Committee has since become a platform for col-
laborative generation of knowledge
3. Developing a variety of data science use-case applications to enhance human development outcomes deploying
AI-ML techniques. This enabled us to demonstrate Proof of Concept (PoC) that PAC is now scaling up in more than
one State
4. Moving from a project-based to a programme-based approach to action research, anchored by multi-year knowl-
edge partnerships with State governments. This has in its best sense helped shape public praxis based on ongoing
feedback from the ground.
I leave with fond memories and satisfaction at some remarkable milestones achieved this past year, the exciting stories
of which unfold in this annual report!
