           “

Wearing a dual hat (Head-PEC and Executive Director,
Public Affairs Foundation (PAF) our sister organisation of-
ten brought in challenges for me, but I made it a point to
                  take the challenges as opportunities.”

           Dr. Annapoorna Ravichander

Head - Policy Engagement and Communication

When I joined the organisation five years back it was important for me and for the PAC to ensure that the Policy Engage-
ment and Communication Vertical becomes a key activity. continued to focus on activities that it had defined for itself at
the beginning of the year. Building on some strategies and activities it is great to know that the staff and the organisation
understands the need for institutionalising activities, setting standards, ensuring that all projects not only meet the
expectations of the stakeholder/s, but also it is disseminated to the various audience.

The team continued to leverage the use of social media platforms and this helped in networking with new audience.
Our constant engagement with academic institutions, brought in some brilliant interns across India. I believe that they
not only learnt a lot of things, but went away with a smile on their face, knowing that they gained valuable experience.
In the forthcoming year we have to set higher goals to ensure we bring in visibility, conduct more topical outreach pro-
          grammes.
I would like to thank my team for helping us achieve our goals.
