Annual Report 2023 “ The Public Affairs Centre (PAC) signed an MoU (for three years) with the Abdul Nazir
Sab State Institute of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (ANSSIRD & PR), Mysuru,
on November 16, 2022. The primary objectives of the Knowledge Partnership for Year
1 include:
1. Conduct Impact Assessment to evaluate ANSSIRD and PR training programmes
2. Improve quality of research proposals, collect, edit and publish peer-reviewed bilin-
gual journal articles on rural development and develop a Compendium of Circulars
of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (RDPR) department and develop appro-
priate Case Studies for training purposes
3. Develop a Learning Management System (LMS) as a repository for all administrative, academic, training and
research materials.
We look forward to the insights that this unique partnership will provide to improve the reach and impact of our
work in strengthening decentralised local governance and participatory local planning.”
