Planning Department & Established communication channels with the departments to exhaustively understand
the schemes, services and activities
• Identified data sources, points of data generation, modalities of data collection and modes of data management
• Conducted empirical research to better understand the geography of the state and its relationship with the local
population & Developed research designs for small proof-of-concept studies
• Conducted exploratory data analysis that would fortify activities in the subsequent project years and rationalise
future interventions
• Facilitated implementation of quick win interventions.
