Annual Report 2023 “ Leading the PAC project on evaluating the effectiveness of Raitha Samparka Kendras

(RSKs) is a challenging but rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the
lives of farmers in Karnataka. By assessing the availability, accessibility and quality
of services, we can identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions
to enhance the effectiveness of the RSKs. Let us work together to ensure the system is
responsive, efficient and delivers the services that farmers need and deserve.”
                                                                       - Srathicksha M
                                                                            Team Lead

“ During the field exercise for RSK Project, we assessed the awareness level of farmers
about RSKs, noted the lack of staff in RSKs, and realised that the emphasis was on food
crops. Overall, the poor relationship between farmers and RSK staff, lack of awareness,
lack of information and negligence in registering farmers impact the effective delivery
              of RSKs.”
                                                                          - Hareesha A
                                                                  Field Research Officer

“ Analysis was perfromed to determine the profile of RSK beneficiaries, the gaps in pro-
cesses in enrolling and getting benefits and finally impact analysis to measure the effec-
              tiveness of the scheme.”
