Developed a video on Waste Management Unit
based on a visit to Gargeshwari Gramapanchyathi.
This video will be uploaded on the LMS for train‐
ing purposes.

• Develop and design a Compendium of GOs and
Circulars issued by Rural Development and
Panchayat Raj (RDPR) department. Two meet‐
ings were held with team from DIRD and sev‐
eral Government departments to brainstorm
the content and topics.

• Develop and Design a Commemorative Vol‐
ume titled “Democratic Decentralisation‐The
Journey and Way Forward.” To celebrate the
30th anniversary of the 73rd Amendment
which provided constitutional status to the
Panchayats recognising them as local self‐gov‐
erning institutions. This project kick started
by developing:

1. ToRs for Advisory and Editorial Committees
Training on Data Analytics and Visualisation by Mrinalini 2. Guidelines for authors

• Coordinate activities for a publishing a Peer‐re‐
viewed journal. To initiate the process, the fol‐
lowing was developed:
