Annual Report 2023 has devised several internal mechanisms. The Research Quality Committee(RQC) headed by the Director himself and comprising

Senior staff from PAC is involved at each stage of implementation of any given project right from its inception till the final stages
of project delivery. The RQC meets every week and guides the project team at each stage including the research methodology to be
adapted and constantly monitors the progress. Besides this, Senior Officers Group (SOG) also chaired by the Director, meets every
week and discusses thread bare various projects and monitors their progress among other things. In both these meetings, the pres-
ent Director reviews the projects minutely and gives detailed instructions and guidelines. With vast experience in Governance, his
inputs have been invaluable.
Thus every effort is made in PAC to ensure quality of output and timely delivery of all the projects taken up. However, exceptions are
always there and to avoid these, the systems put in place have to work efficiently.
