Annual Report 2023  State Recruitment Agencies, carried out extensive IEC activities through a 3-tier Migration Facilitation Architecture to

          open avenues for overseas employment for citizens at the first mile on the ground, and facilitated sending more than
          500 people through safe, efficient and humane overseas employment pathways.
          The team now looks forward to completing the two health projects on creating optimisation models that will ensure
          availability and access to health units, personnel and medicines by citizens who avail public health services in Karnata-
          ka for the Commissionerate of Health and the Karnataka State Medical Supplies, early next financial year. The other path
          breaking projects that the Research team plans to complete by the first quarter of next year include an effectiveness
          evaluation of Raitha Samparka Kendras in Karnataka to strengthen service delivery funded by NABARD and an Activity
          analysis and time utilisation of Panchayat Development Officers (PDO) in Karnataka supported by the Commissionerate
          of Panchayat Raj, Government of Karnataka.
          Other landmarks and long-term projects running currently include training and capacity building of faculty members
          of the Administrative Training Institute in Karnataka that hosts Officers of Administrative Services, building easy-to-
          use systems for the State Institute of Rural Development, GoK, helping departments of the Government of Meghalaya to
          perform better in terms of public service delivery.
